First, had a problem getting hook up with you, the rep from bayantel naga city, assured me that installation will be fast since we already have our bayantel landline, only to find out that the name on the existing account is not the person who filled out the form to bundle internet and landline which caused a delay<br />Second, you have a very poor internet connection. I requsted for 3Mbps but everytime I do speedtest, it only show 0.25Mbps for download to 0.05Mbps upload? That's frustrating, speedtest page would even take some time to load! Very hassle. Third, you also have a poor customer support website, which doesn't work whenever I try sending my complaint, I had to retype everything I wrote from the beginning!
